1. 1:1 Coaching & IBRT Hybrid program
My hybrid program combines 14 years of expertise in life coaching, holistic health coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Integrated Bioenergetic Restoration Therapy (IBRT). This unique approach identifies and clears interferences across all levels of your being—mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual—creating a path to optimal health and well-being.
Each session is fully customized to meet your individual needs, ensuring that your journey is tailored to your specific goals and challenges. Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom and last approximately 2 hours, providing ample time to dive deep into identifying and resolving the root causes of imbalances.
Using applied kinesiology (muscle testing), I help uncover blocks, trapped emotions, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. When we identify an emotion or belief that needs to be released, we clear it completely and replace it with a new, empowering belief that aligns with your goals and values. This process not only helps you release old patterns but also supports the integration of positive, sustainable changes, effectively re-wiring your brain for mental, emotional, and physical resilience.
My hybrid approach doesn’t stop at clearing emotional and energetic interferences; it also incorporates personalized coaching strategies to help you integrate these shifts into your daily life. By addressing all areas of your being, this work promotes lasting transformation, balance, and vitality.
For the most effective results, I recommend committing to weekly or bi-weekly sessions over a period of 6 months to a year. This allows us to work progressively, creating a solid foundation for long-term healing, growth, and success.
