In a recent session with one of my amazing clients, I tested that the energy of guilt was an emotion that needed to be cleared, as we processed through the emotion of guilt he shared with me that he felt guilty about sitting with his family to watch the Olympics instead of working on his business. This guilt, a subtle yet powerful emotion, prevented him from fully enjoying and connecting with his loved ones and brought him out of the present moment.

Although he was there with his family, his feeling guilt was preventing him from feeling the joy of watching the Olympics something his whole family loved to do. However, when we addressed this guilt and cleared the emotional interference, the impact was profound. He became more present, and more connected, allowing his central nervous system to relax and the energy he emitted changed, benefiting him and his entire family.
