This trail holds a special place in my heart! I can’t quite pinpoint why, but I’m thrilled to embark on this hike with both new and longtime friends.
The trail spans approximately 6 miles, a round trip out-and-back journey. As we trek alongside the Green River, the trail culminates at the river’s edge. Here, we can perch on some sizable rocks, revel in the soothing sounds of the rapids, observe kayakers navigating the river, indulge in snacks, engage in conversation, journal, capture photos, or pursue whatever brings you joy.
I’ll be providing journal prompts and inviting those interested to delve into some self-reflective questions. Additionally, we’ll have hot drinks available for anyone keen on partaking.
For the adventurous souls among us, this location offers an ideal spot for a group cold plunge.
This event is tailored for individuals with a growth mindset who seek to join a community that embraces nature, exercise, meaningful conversations, and deeper connections.
