Cancellation Policy

Earth and Soul Adventures desires nothing more than to facilitate your escape on one of our transformative journeys. Nevertheless, we recognize that unforeseen emergencies may arise, leading to the need for reservation cancellations.

We strongly advise you to consider acquiring travel insurance to safeguard your investment. This protection extends beyond concerns like lost luggage or flight delays, encompassing the unforeseen circumstance of having to cancel your trip before departure due to an emergency. It is crucial to thoroughly review your policy wording to understand your specific coverage and ensure the policy aligns with your needs.

Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds will be administered according to the following parameters, contingent on the number of days prior to the trip and the trip’s duration:

• No refund for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the trip.
• A 50% refund of the trip cost for cancelations made 61-90 days before the trip.
• A full refund, minus the deposit, for cancelations made 91 days or more before the trip.

Please be aware that no exceptions will be made to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations by Earth and Soul Adventures:

We stipulate a minimum number of guests before confirming a departure. A trip is officially confirmed once we meet the minimum guest count.

We retain the right to cancel trips lacking adequate participant attendance, and in such cases, all funds paid to Earth and Soul Adventures will be promptly refunded.

We advise against booking any airfare or making travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of your trip.

Earth and Soul Adventures cannot assume responsibility for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, resulting from changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.
